The Panorama 365 portal is a solution that unites all employees on a single platform. The portal integrates with each country's ERP or payroll solution, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central in Latvia. It serves as the central connecting element, consolidating all information about the company's employees in one place.

Payroll-related calculations comply with the regulatory requirements of each country and are forwarded to the appropriate state institution (in Latvia – the State Revenue Service, VID).

    Department managers have access to all information about their team members and their absences. Company employees can easily view relevant information, such as their payslip, work schedule, employment history, contact details, or even find out when a colleague’s birthday is.

    Every employee can easily request vacation without the need for forms or physical approvals. Each request follows a predefined approval workflow established by the company in collaboration with the portal developer, ELVA. Once the manager approves the absence, the requester immediately receives a confirmation notification.

    Department managers can easily plan their employees' work schedules or shifts. These schedules are also accessible to all team members in the portal, which is especially useful in a hybrid work environment.

    The daily pace demands quick responses, and the portal delivers just that—employees can request vacations or view up-to-date information without needing to access a computer. Everything can be done quickly and easily on a mobile phone.

All this data is aggregated from company resources and updated daily by the solution.

    The time from the initial idea for the Panorama 365 portal to its implementation, along with the ERP solution Business Central, and their full integration into daily operations took only six months. New ideas continue to emerge, and together with the ELVA team, a plan for implementing various new modules in the future has already been developed.
