What will you do?
- lead ERP implementation projects and manage processes for existing client support;
- take full responsibility for implementation quality throughout the entire cycle – from kickoff to maintenance;
- make decisions in complex client situations and drive solutions toward results;
- collaborate with clients (both in latvia and internationally);
- work closely with a professional team.
What do we expect from you?
- 5+ years of experience working with clients and ERP implementation projects;
- ability to see processes end-to-end and work independently;
- strong communication skills and professional authority when working with clients;
- ability to work effectively within a professional team;
- fluent latvian, and at least B2 level in russian and english (for working with international clients);
- higher education degree.
