This way, you will gain insight into international markets from the inside and build relationships that open the door to both the company’s and your own growth. 

Your daily responsibilities:

  • Research and reach out to potential clients in foreign markets – in a focused and proactive way 

  • Build trust and relationships remotely – calls, Teams meetings, LinkedIn, and in-person when needed 

  • Understand the client’s business, market specifics, and real needs 

  • Work with experts to develop solutions, prepare and present proposals tailored to each market 

  • Drive each deal through the sales process to a signed contract and long-term partnership 

You are the right person if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an international or export environment 

  • You communicate fluently and confidently in English – it is your daily working language 

  • Rejection and distance do not hold you back – you persist until you achieve results 

  • You feel comfortable working across different cultures and time zones 

  • You have high energy, independence, and strong goal orientation 

  • You communicate fluently in both Latvian and English (for working with international clients)
