Your daily responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to new B2B clients – proactively and with genuine interest

Initiate conversations and understand the client’s business operations and processes

Identify the client’s real needs or unresolved challenges

Work with experts to develop solutions, prepare, and present proposals

Drive the sales process of each deal through to a signed contract – ranging from €30,000 to €300,000+
You are the right person if:

You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and the drive to independently approach new clients

You have a high level of energy and determination in your daily work

Rejection doesn’t discourage you – you persist until you achieve results

You listen more than you speak and understand what truly matters to the client

You communicate fluently in Latvian and English (for working with international clients)
