Are you energetic, creative, and communicative, with a desire to create inspiring and engaging content? We’re looking for a marketing enthusiast with a keen interest in new technologies, a drive to broaden their horizons, and the ability to focus on their work with diligence and responsibility.  Key responsibilities:

  • create content for the company’s social media channels;

  • photograph and film company events, customer stories, interviews, and other activities;

  • edit short-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital channels;

  • confidently work in a professional video studio, producing expert interviews, webinars, and other video content;

  • plan and create photo and video materials that strengthen the company’s brand;

  • collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and campaign execution;

  • participate in organizing company events and capturing their highlights.

 What we are looking for:

  • experience in creating and editing photo and video content;

  • proficiency with video editing and design tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar);

  • understanding of social media content, formats, and current trends;

  • a strong sense of composition, aesthetics, and storytelling;

  • experience working with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment;

  • excellent Latvian language skills and good English language proficiency (for collaboration with international clients);

  • ability to independently plan your work and achieve results;

  • strong collaboration and communication skills;

  • willingness to participate in on-site events and capture key moments through photography and videography.
