If you are experienced and motivated to approach new clients and build new partnerships, this role is for you. Your daily work will involve proactively identifying and contacting new clients, as well as driving the sales process through to a signed cooperation agreement.

Your daily work will include:

  • goal-oriented “hunter” sales activities with a sole focus on new client acquisition and deal closure;

  • managing sales of high-value IT projects with deal sizes ranging from EUR 30,000 to EUR 300,000+;

  • in-depth representation of Microsoft ERP, CRM, data analytics, and Panorama 365 solutions;

  • developing complex offers and contracts in close cooperation with implementation experts;

  • taking individual initiative to expand your professional network, making meaningful use of marketing support;

  • maintaining a structured and transparent sales process and managing next steps in the CRM system.

Your key responsibilities:

  • acquiring new B2B clients using the outreach approaches most effective for you, including confident phone communication when needed;

  • understanding the client’s situation, identifying problems and their business impact, and assessing cooperation potential to build a strong sales pipeline;

  • initiating cooperation with the most suitable solution and purposefully expanding the scope of collaboration;

  • leading the sales process from the first conversation to contract signing, agreeing on clear next steps;

  • preparing commercial offers: calculating licenses, structuring proposals, reviewing and refining expert estimates to ensure competitiveness;

  • confidently presenting proposals and leading negotiations, while genuinely listening to the client and keeping their needs in focus;

  • achieving defined sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM data, and clearly articulating the value delivered to the client.

What we expect from you:

  • high energy level, determination, and discipline in daily new business acquisition activities;
  • experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or business technology solutions;
  • ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to contract signing;
  • strong needs analysis skills and the ability to clearly justify the value of the client’s investment;
  • confident presentation and negotiation skills;
  • excellent Latvian and English language skills (for working with clients across the Baltic states).
