    Initially, the self-service portal Panorama 365 was developed exclusively for use by employees in Latvia. Recognizing its advantages, the company decided to introduce the portal in branches in Lithuania and Estonia, where it currently operates in a consolidated manner, taking into account the unique requirements and regulatory acts of each country.

    A solution that is easily understandable for company employees, department managers, HR managers, and accountants. The portal ensures quick and mobile information exchange, significantly easing the daily routines of all company employees.

  • Successful implementation of a remote solution

    The implementation process of the self-service portal Panorama 365, various discussions, and training took place remotely in the Microsoft Teams environment, which was convenient for both parties, considering that the involved individuals were from different countries. The company highly appreciates the introduction of the portal. Daily communication with ELVA is also positively evaluated – there is noticeable responsiveness and efficiency in addressing any project manager's inquiries.

    The company culture dictates that each employee is assigned individual annual performance goals, easily monitored in the Panorama 365. Additionally, every employee finds it convenient to receive and promptly review any communication about company processes prepared by the HR management.

    The company team utilizes the extensive functionality of the Panorama 365 portal on a daily basis, including employee information management, absence management, allowance applications, payroll slips, employee directory, approval workflow, employee notifications (via email and SMS), management of material values, employee documents, goal management (especially appreciated by department managers), onboarding and offboarding workflow, annual employee evaluations (developed in collaboration with ELVA), and surveys, as well as customized timekeeping and shift planning tailored to the company's needs within visible work groups and activity groups.

  • The integration of the personnel portal with Dynamics 365

    Panorama 365 is a unified portal for employees in three countries, with the main goal of tracking working hours, which automatically feeds into the payroll and personnel management solution Dynamics 365. Each time an employee updates information in the portal, it is reflected in the accounting solution Dynamics 365. At the time of payroll calculation, all necessary information from the portal is available – such as employee worked hours and absences. Data tracking and comprehensive information for all company employees are consolidated in a single system.

  • A consolidated view of the ongoing activities within the company

    Department managers within the company can conveniently approve their employees' absences on a unified platform, regardless of the country in which they are located. The portal provides a panoramic view of the ongoing activities within the organization, departments, and teams. The workflow for approving absences and business trips follows a specific, company-defined process – employees submit requests, and their immediate managers promptly respond and make decisions.

  • Managers oversees the process of employees' mandatory vacation usage

    One of the additional features of the Panorama 365 portal is to monitor whether employees are taking care of their work-life balance and have taken the mandatory 2-week vacation. The portal also allows for easy tracking of the accumulated vacation days for each employee.

  • Information from the Electronic declaration system (EDS) is automatically integrated into the Panorama 365

    Sick leave certificates from the EDS are automatically transferred to Dynamics 365 and immediately reflected in the personnel portal, allowing employees to access them promptly.

  • Panorama 365 mobile application for even more convenient process management

    Company employees easily access necessary information or submit leave requests from their smartphones, allowing them to be mobile and significantly saving time for the entire company team.

Today, technology shapes our daily lives and the way we collaborate. The swift transfer of information from one point to another (in our case – Panorama 365 transferring data to Dynamics 365) is synchronized and fast. This undoubtedly facilitates collaboration between the HR and accounting teams. There are ambitious plans to introduce the portal to employees throughout the Citadele group (CBL Life, CBL Asset Management, CBL Open Pension Fund).
