Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the technical side of ERP implementation – from solution concept to go-live;
- Collaborate with ELVA’s key clients, analyzing their business needs and delivering the most suitable technological solutions;
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and opportunities in the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, recommending and implementing improvements;
- Advise the team and clients on technical matters, maintain documentation, and share expertise;
- Plan technical solutions for long-term development and efficient system performance.
We expect from you:
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) or another ERP system;
- Practical experience in ERP implementation – from analysis to delivery;
- Ability to think both strategically and technically;
- Excellent communication skills and proven client-facing experience;
- Knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and customizations (preferred);
- Strong Latvian and good English skills for professional communication (including with international clients).
