We’re looking for a marketing enthusiast with a keen interest in new technologies, a drive to broaden their horizons, and the ability to focus on their work with diligence and responsibility.  Key responsibilities:

  • Video content creation and editing, including short behind‑the‑scenes stories for various formats

  • Live webinar production and post‑production, studio setup, publishing, and promotion

  • Email marketing campaigns and automated sequences, segmentation, and list management in Dynamics 365 Sales

  • Social media content planning, publishing, and community engagement

  • Paid social media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, including audience targeting, UTM tagging, and performance analysis

  • SEO strategy development and implementation, keyword research, and on‑page optimisation

  • Monitoring and optimisation of Google Ads search and remarketing campaigns

  • Adapting visual assets for different platforms in line with brand guidelines

 What we are looking for:

  • Experience in video editing and post‑production (vMix and CapCut experience is preferred)

  • Experience in creating video content by combining text, visuals, and storytelling across multiple channels

  • Excellent Latvian language skills, a strong sense of composition, and preferably good English skills (the role includes content creation for international clients)

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to support decisions with data

  • Solid expertise and hands‑on experience in SEO and Google Ads, with the ability to plan and optimise campaigns independently

  • Willingness to participate in on‑site events to professionally capture and represent content (video)

  • A clear understanding of SEO and Google Ads, with the ability to analyse performance and propose improvements
