Valmiermuižas alus reference of cooperation with ELVA
At the point when we already have 30 different beer varieties, and each variety requires 200 different measurements over the month or month and a half it takes to brew the beer, we realized that managing this with notebooks and handwritten folders was no longer possible. A digital tool became essential. The key goal we achieved through our collaboration with ELVA is the ability to record quality measurements for all beer varieties.
