Recruitment and Employee development Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • develop functional and non-functional requirements for information systems;

  • prepare User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, process descriptions, as well as API, data exchange, and system integration documentation;

  • collaborate with clients, business users, developers, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders;

  • translate business needs into technically implementable requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the implementation lifecycle;

  • assess the impact of changes on existing processes and information systems;

  • participate in solution design and evaluation of technical solutions;

  • contribute to the creation of test scenarios and test cases, solution acceptance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

  • analyze identified issues, determine their root causes, and coordinate solution development;

  • participate in the implementation of new information systems and the enhancement of existing solutions.

What We Expect From You:

  • knowledge of business process analysis, functional and non-functional requirements definition, and systems design;

  • understanding of information system architecture, software development, and testing processes;

  • at least 1 year of experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP, system integrations, data flows, and ETL processes;

  • at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with databases and SQL;

  • at least 1 year of experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools;

  • experience working with Jira and Azure DevOps, along with basic knowledge of Git;

  • ability to structure large amounts of information, identify root causes of problems, and understand the relationships between business processes and data;

  • strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and working groups with clients;

  • ability to document requirements clearly and systematically, with strong attention to detail;

  • ability to organize work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Considered an Advantage:

  • experience working with Draw.io and Figma;

  • experience with ERP system integrations;

  • understanding of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
