What will you do?
- plan and organize the team’s work to ensure all projects are successfully executed and deadlines are met;
- lead and motivate the team, ensuring each team member reaches their goals and feels supported;
- foster effective collaboration between departments to ensure the excellent execution of projects;
- provide support to team members and solve complex situations that arise during project execution;
- communicate with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are fully met, and the collaboration runs smoothly;
- create team development plans and ensure that each team member grows both professionally and personally.
What do we expect from you?
- at least 3+ years of experience in team leadership (planning, motivating, setting goals, monitoring performance, etc.);
- experience in it project management will be a significant advantage;
- knowledge of business processes and accounting – to provide the best solutions for clients;
- excellent communication skills in latvian and good in english and russian;
- the ability to work under stress, high initiative, precision, and a positive attitude;
- willingness to work in a team and the ability to manage task execution efficiently.
