We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of the self-service portal Panorama365, ensuring it meets the business needs of both Latvian and international clients while delivering maximum value to its users. Your Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and strategy based on company goals and client needs;
- Manage and prioritize the product development backlog;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure effective product design and implementation;
- Communicate with company leadership, clients, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on development progress;
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to maintain the product’s competitiveness;
- Develop and maintain product documentation.
We Expect You To Have:
- Experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in IT (at least 3 years);
- Experience working on international projects;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
- Understanding of system architecture principles;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions about product development;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Strong presentation skills;
- High sense of responsibility and ability to organize work independently;
- Experience working with Jira or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
