Your Main Responsibilities:

  • lead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on new client acquisition, ensuring targets are met;

  • design and implement effective B2B sales strategies for attracting new clients in Latvia and the Baltics;

  • actively engage in sales processes, leading by example;

  • ensure sales processes are conducted professionally, effectively, and with high quality;

  • collaborate with other department heads to achieve ELVA’s overall business goals;

  • monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and necessary support;

  • participate in strategic client meetings and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.

What We Expect from You:

  • experience in leading a sales team, especially in the B2B segment;

  • expertise in developing and implementing B2B sales strategies;

  • ability to be both a strong leader and an excellent salesperson, showcasing effective sales approaches;

  • outstanding communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-departmental interactions;

  • fluency in Latvian; proficiency in English will be an advantage (for working with Baltic clients);

  • ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a results-driven focus.
