You will be responsible for:
- advising and engaging with clients to understand their needs and offer the best solutions;
- managing the licensing process (communication with the client, programme management, etc.);
- managing licensing programmes and relationship with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme;
- being aware of any Microsoft licensing or process changes;
- providing training on the latest changes to Microsoft licensing, products and programmes.
We expect from You:
- at least two years of experience working with clients;
- experience working with Microsoft licences is desirable;
- experience in product development would be an advantage;
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- interest about IT news and Microsoft technologies;
- excellent time management skills;
- excellent knowledge of latvian, good knowledge of english;
- desire to work in a team and plan your work effectively.
