What will you do?
- manage processes related to existing customer service and maintenance;
- coordinate implementation projects for new clients – from start of collaboration to handover to maintenance;
- monitor quality indicators, suggest and implement improvements;
- ensure customers feel heard and serviced at the highest level;
- regularly visit clients in Latvia to ensure successful cooperation.
What do we expect from you?
- at least 5 years of experience working with clients, with practical experience in project management;
- ideally, experience in both customer service and service implementation processes;
- analytical thinking and decision-making ability – independently and promptly handle daily customer situations;
- charisma and communication skills – adept at listening to clients and offering solutions;
- language skills: fluent in latvian, and at least b2 level in russian and english (for working with international clients);
- higher education.
