Elva DMS is looking for a dynamic and strategic Client Development and Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for both marketing and brand development, as well as partner acquisition and sales on an international level. Your role will be to lead business development and strategy, create new sales channels, and establish long-term partnerships across the globe.
Your Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
- Develop and manage the company’s visual identity and digital marketing (social media, blog, website).
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Partner Development and International Sales:
- Identify and establish partnerships with B2B clients worldwide.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and business partners.
- Utilize sales expertise to expand the market for automotive solutions.
Marketing Execution and Content Creation:
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Write and publish blog posts and other materials to strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure the website content is up to date and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Support marketing campaigns with creative and strategic ideas.
We Expect You To Have:
- Proven experience in marketing (digital, strategic, or content marketing).
- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Understanding of software solutions and their application in business.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to plan company growth.
- Project management and financial planning experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English is required, good Latvian skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
