Your Main Responsibilities:

  • actively attract new BI clients and develop long-term relationships;

  • demonstrate Microsoft Power BI tools and solutions tailored to client needs;

  • analyze client business processes and data to identify potential opportunities;

  • prepare and deliver compelling proposals and close sales deals;

  • use multi-channel communication strategies (face-to-face, calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.);

  • achieve set sales targets and goals;

  • participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions;

  • communicate effectively with client management and decision-makers;

  • utilize the CRM system efficiently to manage sales processes.

What We Expect from You:

  • experience in B2B sales, preferably in business solutions or IT;

  • understanding of the importance of data analysis in business;

  • ability to take initiative, plan, and lead sales processes;

  • high energy level, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset;

  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • willingness to learn new solutions and technologies;

  • fluency in Latvian and strong English skills (for working with clients across the Baltics) will be an advantage;

  • positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
