Your Main Responsibilities:

  • proactively attract new clients using the company database and your professional network;

  • identify client needs and prepare personalized offers in collaboration with the expert team;

  • manage the sales process from start to finish, including contract preparation and explaining terms;

  • build and maintain relationships with clients, primarily senior-level executives;

  • master the ELVA product portfolio and business solution implementation methodologies;

  • achieve sales volumes and targets while maintaining client management systems;

  • represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, and exhibitions;

  • deliver persuasive presentations and lead sales negotiations;

  • promote ELVA solutions on social media and other professional communication platforms.

What We Expect from You:

  • high energy levels, discipline, and goal orientation;

  • experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or business technology solutions;

  • excellent communication skills and the ability to plan your time independently;

  • willingness to learn and adapt to new solutions, coupled with a positive attitude;

  • experience using CRM systems and leading complex sales negotiations;

  • fluency in Latvian and English (essential for working with clients across the Baltics).
