  • Uses the latest technologies to develop data analytics solutions;

  • works with clients to identify business requirements (data sources, transformations, calculations, visualizations, etc.);

  • identifies business needs and can propose the most effective solution;

  • maintains professional communication with clients regarding Power BI report development; Independently develops Power BI reports;

  • can visualize data and identify key insights;

  • clearly defines and manages tasks within the team;

  • provides practical support to clients during working sessions, conducts demos, trains, and advises clients.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI platforms;

  • experience in data analysis in a business environment, including financial data analysis;

  • experience working with corporate clients;

  • experience with big data processing and data modeling;

  • excellent Latvian language skills, and good English skills are preferred (for working with international clients);

  • analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven conclusions and recommendations;

  • higher education in business management or finance;

  • willingness to work in a team and effectively plan both your own tasks and those of involved colleagues.
